According to woman&home (Oct 2006), sugar we took will be converted into fat and salt would lead to fluid retention and cellulite. Therefore, we should watch our sugar and salt levels instead of calories. The recommended levels of sugar is 5g or less per 200g, and for salt it is 1g or less per 100g.

I eat for pleasure and survival. Yesterday I fancied Japanese rice so I went to the cheap Japanese restaurant Misato in Chinatown and ordered Sake Teri lunch (grilled mackarel in Teriyaki sauce). Today I fancied caramel waffle so I drank latte in Starbucks. Can’t stop thinking about fish and chips now. Though I probably will have tom yam (Thai hot & sour soup) “steamboat” (cook ingredients of your choice with boiling soup in hollow round charcoal pot). I like the name… I will cheat and cook mine in the rice cooker though…
food… glorious food indeed… Please Sir, I want some more?
